The FIRST Robotics Competition is an opportunity for students to get hands on experience working in a business setting to achieve the unimaginable, but they can't do it alone. Mentors make up a very important role on the team. Team 3176 is in need of experienced mentors to help guide students through not only the engineering process, but to help develop and manage our business and community outreach programs.
